Shipping Policy

Steadi Labs LLC ships every order from Orange, California. Here is how it works.

The short version. Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95 per order, regardless of pack size or how many packs you choose. Orders leave our facility the same or next business day, and U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the day your shipping confirmation is sent.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping.

Shipping cost. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $4.95 per order for our 2-, 4-, and 6-packs. The shipping charge is shown before checkout. Existing offers and saved carts may retain their previously quoted shipping terms; checkout shows the amount before payment.

Processing time. Orders, including engraved Steadis, are processed and handed to the carrier the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees; weather, holidays, and carrier volume can extend them.

Tracking. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our site at any time.

Address changes. If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible at support@getsteadi.com. Before the shipping confirmation goes out, we can usually catch it; after that, the package is in the carrier's hands. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@getsteadi.com with the name on the order (a photo helps for damage). We'll make it right.

Returns. Unengraved Steadis are covered separately by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Engraved Steadis cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and damaged, defective, or incorrect order remedies.
