Shipping Policy

Steadi Labs LLC ships every order from Orange, California. Here is how it works.

The short version. Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days, and U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the day your shipping confirmation is sent.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There is no minimum order value and no code required.

Processing time. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees; weather, holidays, and carrier volume can extend them.

Tracking. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our site at any time.

Address changes. If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible at support@getsteadi.com. Before the shipping confirmation goes out, we can usually catch it; after that, the package is in the carrier's hands. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@getsteadi.com with the name on the order (a photo helps for damage). We'll make it right.
